History

DealFlow Networks was founded in 2002. Since inception we have focused on providing viable price performance products and solutions to the Telecom market. As we grew and expanded, we leveraged our corporate knowledge and extensive vendor relationships to offer superior Enterprise and Data Center solutions. In an extremely competitive market we have succeeded and have built a customer base that includes hundreds of service provider and enterprise customers around the country.



Leadership

Dave Nicoletti

David M. Nicoletti, President and
Chief Executive Officer

Founded DealFlow Networks in (2002). B.S. in Financial Management Clemson University (1987). Before starting DealFlow Networks, he founded Data Transit International (DTI) in (1990). DTI specialized in remote access and application deployment. DTI grew to $30 Million (revenues) with (13) offices and (150+) employees. In (2001), DTI was acquired by a German publicly traded company. He is currently a major shareholder and sits on several boards of technology companies. He leverages his education and years of experience to raise necessary funds while mentoring and motivating companies to execute their business plan.

Dave has a B.S. in Financial Management from Clemson University. He has been married for 20 years to his college sweetheart and has three beautiful girls. His favorite charities are Childhood Cancer and the U.S. Veterans. Interests are golf, skiing, fishing and scuba diving.

Dan Vandresser

Dan Vandresser, Sr. VP Sales and Marketing

Dan is a 25 year veteran of the technology business. For the last 20 years Dan has focused on the communications and networking space with companies such as Virtual Resources, Fore Systems, Marconi Communications and, since 2002, with DealFlow Networks. He was a founding member of Virtual Resources, a network integrator, from 1994 through 1998 and held several key positions in both sales and marketing. During a 3 year effort with Fore Systems and Marconi Dan was Director of Channels for the Southeast, managing a group of sales reps and SE’s to a $45 million revenue target. As a principle and founder of DealFlow Networks Dan has focused his efforts on creating technology solutions that fit the customer base and driving sales and marketing efforts. The goal has been and continues to be building a customer base by offering best of breed network solutions to service providers, data centers and large enterprise customers.

Dan has a BA in Finance from Michigan State University and enjoys skiing, golf and time with his family.
